Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why a portion of every trip you book with us goes directly to environmental and community-based charities. When you travel with us, you’re not just exploring the world — you’re helping protect it.
Charities we are currently supporting.
-
Forest & Bird.
Forest & Bird is New Zealand’s leading independent conservation organisation — protecting wildlife and wild places, on land and in the sea.
-
Cambodia Charitable Trust.
CCT’s top priority is developing quality education and, by doing so, providing free, quality education to vulnerable Cambodian children, especially girls. They feel passionately about transforming lives and giving children choices - through education.

Project Island Song.
Returning bird song to the Bay of Islands. Project Island Song is a pest-free wildlife sanctuary covering the seven islands in the eastern Bay of Islands. The project works to restore and protect the natural eco-systems and heritage of the Bay of Islands so that it is here for everyone, forever.
In nature the presence of a frog is often the sign of a healthy eco-system. But for our friend Gordon and his grumpy mates that is becoming an increasingly hard thing to find, that’s why you’ll see Gordon popping his head up to promote our sustainably focused tours and experiences. We want to do our bit to minimize the impact that we have on the places and communities we visit.
